Behaviour Sparks provides practical, evidence-informed professional development to help staff create calm, purposeful and positive learning environments. Each 10-minute session explores the principles of effective behaviour, relationships, routines and regulation, equipping teachers, teaching assistants and leaders with strategies that promote consistency and support every pupil to succeed. Every Spark concludes with a reflection task, helping staff embed learning into everyday practice and strengthen whole-school behaviour culture.
